Responding When Beryl Struck
When Hurricane Beryl tore through Jamaica in July 2024 — devastating communities across St. Elizabeth, Manchester, Clarendon and Hanover — Visual Vibe turned its island-wide network into a platform for relief. We proudly stood with the N.C.B. Foundation and its Building a Better Jamaica Fund, established with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to J$150 million to deliver urgent relief and rebuild lives. Our screens across the island amplified the call to give — putting the recovery effort in front of hundreds of thousands of Jamaicans in high-traffic town centres every day. Stronger together isn't a slogan to us; it's how a national screen network should behave in a national emergency.
